Rum.gold: aimless

A sample record cover for the R&B artist “rum.gold” for his EP “aimLess”. In his EP, the singer deals with his childhood and what it was like to grow up in an African-American household. He addresses his childhood trauma and the questions how it has shaped him to this day and who he is today as a result. He uses a lot of symbolism and pictorial descriptions and makes his texts more artistic, more veiled and with more room for interpretation. He is also part of the LGBTQ community, which is why we don't know which gender he is addressing in his songtexts.

The aim was to create a cover that tells the story, goes into the content and rather conveys an overall impression/a mood at first glance.
